Our Football Fitness Classes are designed to help children build strength, coordination, and endurance — all while having fun with the game they love. 

Each session promotes physical literacy and healthy habits.  We combine fitness exercises, football drills, movement games, obstacles courses and teamwork challenges to keep kids active, engaged, and smiling from start to finish.

What We Focus On

  • Speed & Agility: Fun movement games to boost reaction time and quickness
  • Strength & Balance: Bodyweight and football-based exercises to build stability
  • Endurance & Energy: Fitness routines that improve stamina and overall health
  • Team Spirit: Group challenges that promote communication, teamwork, and confidence

Why It Matters

Physical fitness helps young players perform better on the pitch and stay healthy off of it. Our certified coaches create a supportive, age-appropriate environment that makes fitness enjoyable and safe for every child.

Who Can Join

  • Ages 6–12
  • Suitable for all fitness and skill levels
  • Sessions start from January 2026

45–60 minute sessions, 1–2 times per week

Girls-only classes available

All equipment provided – just bring water & shin pads

Running 12 months a year (including cooled summer program)
